Profile Management Software (PMS)
The PMS (Profile Management Software) is the center of the whole rotor profile process, such as development, analysis, data-storage, grinding and measuring.
With this program you can e.g. check, modify, compare and plot profiles. Recalculate from rotor to tool, male to female rotors and vice versa. The program also generates various output files for a multitude of grinding and measuring machines as well as external analysis software.

The PMS can communicate with any brand of measuring devices (CMM/Rotor), rotor grinding machines and tool grinding machines.
In addition to communication with peripheral devices, the following overall functions are available in PMS, with many underlying functions. In principle, it is also possible for the end user to introduce their own desired functions.
- Import/export of data
- Profile calculation (basic/standard and the customer own profiles)
- Profile analysis
- Profile modifications
- Comparing profiles
- Grinding wheel and cutter calculations including machining data
- Measuring data management
- Calculating measuring files based on the nominal profiles and other relevant data for the measuring machine.
- Recommendations of dresser roll adjustments.
- Recommendation of profile adjustments.
The software is written in C# WPF for .NET Framework with Microsoft Visual Studio. The GUI is modern and easy to use like any standard Windows program. The software is compatible with Windows 11 therefore, it will work for many years ahead.

Performance and design tool
This software produces, based on specified input data and selected rotor profile, the basic performance of screw pumps and/or screw compressors. Furthermore, you also get the basic design data such as dimensions, forces, torques and more.
Human Machine Interface (HMI)
ABE provides rotor and tool grinding software for basically all existing grinding machines. The software offers great opportunities to adapt the grinding to obtain the best possible results, and it also communicates with existing measuring machines on the market.
Measuring and compensation program
When manufacturing rotors in multi-functional machines, the profile accuracy can be significantly improved by measuring the rotor profile in the machine and then calculating compensation values. This can be done with a so-called adjustment cut, with stock allowance, to finally process the finished profile with maximum accuracy and minimal risk of incorrect rotors.
